Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage 

We deliver products within [specify cities/areas or “all across the Sultanate of Oman”]. For delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us to arrange the service based on availability. 

Delivery Timeframe 

• Orders within [area/governorate]: 1 to 3 business days. 
• Orders to other areas: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping company and road  conditions. 

Delivery Charges 

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the location and order weight. 
• In some cases, we may offer free delivery for orders exceeding a certain value. 

Order Preparation and Delivery 

• Orders are prepared after payment confirmation (or upon cash on delivery if the service is  available). 
• If we are unable to reach the customer to confirm the delivery address, the order may be  delayed or canceled. 

Receiving and Inspecting Products 

• We kindly ask customers to inspect the products upon delivery to ensure they are in good  condition. 
• In case of any damage or error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

Delivery Delays or Failure 

• Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions  or transportation issues). 

• We will inform the customer immediately in the event of any delay.

تغطية التوصيل

نقوم بتوصيل المنتجات داخل [حدد المدن/المناطق أو “في جميع أنحاء سلطنة عُمان”].
للطلبيات خارج هذه المناطق، يرجى التواصل معنا لترتيب الخدمة حسب التوفر.

مدة التوصيل 

الطلبات داخل [المنطقة/المحافظة]: من يوم إلى 3 أيام عمل.
الطلبات إلى مناطق أخرى: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، حسب شركة الشحن وظروف الطريق.

رسوم التوصيل

يتم احتساب رسوم التوصيل بناءً على الموقع ووزن الطلب.
في بعض الحالات، قد نقدم توصيلاً مجانياً للطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمة معينة.

تحضير الطلبات والتوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات بعد تأكيد الدفع (أو عند الدفع عند الاستلام إذا كانت الخدمة متوفرة).
إذا تعذر علينا التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد عنوان التوصيل، فقد يتم تأخير الطلب أو إلغاؤه.

استلام وفحص المنتجات

نرجو من العملاء فحص المنتجات عند الاستلام للتأكد من أنها في حالة جيدة.
في حال وجود أي تلف أو خطأ، يرجى إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

تأخير أو فشل التوصيل

قد يتأخر التوصيل بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل الأحوال الجوية أو مشاكل النقل).
• سنقوم بإبلاغ العميل فوراً في حال حدوث أي تأخير.
