Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage 

We deliver products within [specify cities/areas or “all across the Sultanate of Oman”]. For delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us to arrange the service based on availability. 

Delivery Timeframe 

• Orders within [area/governorate]: 1 to 3 business days. 
• Orders to other areas: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping company and road  conditions. 

Delivery Charges 

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the location and order weight. 
• In some cases, we may offer free delivery for orders exceeding a certain value. 

Order Preparation and Delivery 

• Orders are prepared after payment confirmation (or upon cash on delivery if the service is  available). 
• If we are unable to reach the customer to confirm the delivery address, the order may be  delayed or canceled. 

Receiving and Inspecting Products 

• We kindly ask customers to inspect the products upon delivery to ensure they are in good  condition. 
• In case of any damage or error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

Delivery Delays or Failure 

• Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions  or transportation issues). 

• We will inform the customer immediately in the event of any delay.
